We believe in using proven tools and approaches. But, we use them in new, creative and practical ways.

We believe that everyone’s reasons for changing careers are unique and that each client’s experience with Challenge Factory will be a bit different. 

We believe that overcoming challenges and making change is hard to do on your own and that providing opportunities for our community to work together is key to our clients’ success

We believe in providing you with access to experts who truly know their field and how to help you. It starts with our certified coaches all of whom have at least 10 years of experience. It continues with our experts who all have at least 5 years of experience in their particular field and also complete a Challenge Factory mentoring program prior to being listed with us.  

We believe strongly in ethical business practices. We are open and eager to communicate with you and want to know if you have any concerns. At any time. 

We believe that collaboration leads to better results.
