This interactive workshop covers the basics of how corporate environments operate. We will cover an overall orientation to the basic functions within businesses, the underlying tensions and politics that typically can be found. We'll review how various business units are goaled and the impact business metrics has on collaboration, individual performance and employee engagement. These are the topics that no one tells new graduates about - and yet they are critical to understanding and succeeding in your new environment.

Participants are encouraged to bring their questions and experiences. We will learn from each other and explore what is common across multiple organizations and what is unique -- and what the impact is. Build your network with other inspiring and enterprising peers in the workshop.

A primer for any recent graduate, this session is part of our College2Corporate series that provides an inside view to how organizations operate. The goal of the series is to provide context so that new graduates can rise rapidly through their organizations into positions of leadership.

Cost: $99 per workshop (+HST)
