1. INSPIRE and MOTIVATE PROGRAMS: (career services are available in peer-based groups or 1:1)

Find Your Next / Unretirement / First Career: This program offers you the benefit of a guided, proven methodology to identify your next best step in your career. Using formal assessments and professional coaching, you not only explore possibilities, you'll choose with certainty the right direction for you--based on your needs, talents, passion and the market. Challenge Factory designed online tools ensure that you and the Challenge Factory team are connected as you blog to take advantage of the clarity writing provides when facing difficult decisions.

Test Your Next Career: Challenge Factory is the only company in Canada that arranges for you to spend a day immersed in the career you are considering. Your host for the day will be an expert, successful in the field for more than 5 years and trained to be a career test-drive mentor. Choose from our catalogue of over 160 test-drives or design your own. Note that recent graduates benefit from 2-3 “mini-test drives” lasting ½ a day each as part of their program.

You will receive ongoing coaching and support before, during and after your experience including a workbook to bring on site, blogging and a debriefing coaching session to confirm your career direction.  There is nothing else like it in the country. 

Plan Your Career Portfolio: You have a financial plan that looks to balance risk, reward and time. We take these basic principles and help you create a career portfolio plan that identifies how you want to balance riskier ventures with hobbies, interests and stable work. Ideal for those looking to incorporate lifestyle changes with a desire to be productive and professionally successful, this approach brings clarity to the question “how do I balance what I want to be doing with what needs to be done?”

Inspire and Motivate Programs are tailored to meet your individual needs, skills and interests. Pricing ranges from $1895 - $6000 (plus applicable taxes) depending on your program needs.

2. ACHIEVE PROGRAMS: (career services are available in peer-based groups or 1:1)

Everyone needs a different amount, type and style of support as they transition. We'll tailor these services into a program that gets you the results you seek.

Transition to Your Next Career: 

We offer a variety of career transition programs and services. Challenge Factory’s approach to career transition builds on leading edge research and best practices from HR, recruitment, and marketing.  This is not your typical resume review service. Our clients stand out. They feel confident that they have a real plan for their job search, not just a list of places to which they’ve applied.  Our Achieve Phase packages include:

Achieve Programs are tailored to meet your individual needs, skills and interests. Pricing ranges from $810 - $2850 (plus applicable taxes) depending on your program needs.

3. ALUMNI PROGRAMS: Post Hire MasterMind for new graduates

We feel strongly that landing a job in your new career is not the end.  You'll do your very best when you leverage the skills and expertise of our staff and coaches while working with a group of peers throughout your first year. Monthly sessions cover topics that your company orientation won’t address --topics that are critical to you fitting in and rising to the top. Bring your questions to the group and get support that ensures you end your first year successfully and ready for the next promotion.

This is a group program available across Canada and is offered at $77/month for 12 months.
