Experts lend their time, expertise and workplaces to Challenge Factory clients. This amazing group of professionals is at the heart of the programs we offer. Therefore, we continually look for innovative ways to add value back to their businesses.

Here is a summary of the core programs we offer our Experts:

1. Dinner of 8: Experts with complementary interests, businesses or needs come together for an evening of camaraderie, conversation and connection. Joined by 2 Challenge Factory staff, our table of 8 leverages the strength of the network to learn more about each other. Dinners are by invitation only and the table is arranged to ensure Experts meet people that will benefit them personally and professionally. 2. Networking and Sales Support: Experts are given access to the same software, FreshTransition, that our clients use. This unique networking-focused software is ideal for the job seeker and entrepreneur and is a part of our own daily business routine. 3. Challenge Factory Gives Back: Challenge Factory has selected Homeward Bound as our corporate charity. Experts from other small and medium sized businesses that would like to magnify the impact of their own charitable giving can come together to share the effort of planning campaigns and maximize the contributions made to this program that takes women and children from the shelter system to self-sufficency over a four year period.  For more information about this program please contact Lisa.
